You may have read this morning about a student who attends our program and was charged by police with a hate crime. This news report stems from several incidents that occurred this school year in which the student threatened staff members. Law enforcement initiated an investigation with our full cooperation.

The situation was handled in accordance with our Code of Conduct and BOCES policies.

The health and safety of our students, staff and visitors is our highest priority. We are appreciative of the continued support of our law enforcement partners.
