Food Service Management

Through our Food Service Management program, a team of professionals will supervise the administrative needs of a school cafeteria. This includes hiring and training kitchen staff, budgeting, purchasing, menu development, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

This team also supports local school districts participating in the federal Summer Food Service Program, which provides nutritious meals to all children 18 years and under free of charge. Information on dates and locations of these programs are typically released in June. Please contact your local school district for details.
