Food Service Management
A professional food service administrative team supervises the staffing, budgeting, purchasing and menu development of school lunch programs while working within the federal and state guidelines to provide nutritious meals to students.

Around the Region
SCHOOL YEAR SERVICE
Our Food Service Management program cafeteria and food management services to four component school districts – Canastota, Oneida, Stockbridge Valley and Vernon Verona Sherrill. Menus and other cafeteria information are available directly through those schools.
SUMMER SERVICE
The NYSED Summer Food Service Program allow districts with at least 50% of their children eligible for free and reduced price meals to provide two free meals in summer for all children in the district under age 18. NYS Child and Nutrition Services notifies eligible districts and reimburses the districts for the cost of the free meals provided.
The MOBOCES Food Service Management team helps local districts coordinate their summer meals programs each year.
