Career & Technical Education (CTE) Programs
Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs at Madison-Oneida BOCES provide a unique approach to learning by integrating traditional core academic subjects within the context of a career pathway. Applying core academic concepts to real-world projects helps students develop key workplace and life skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, effective communication, and innovation, in addition to technical and industry skills.
All of our CTE programs provide students with credits toward high school graduation. Many of our programs offer opportunities to earn college credits and industry credentials that allow students to enter the workforce immediately after graduation. Several of of our programs are co-located in local schools and businesses.
