To successfully complete the program, individuals must:

  • Be 18+ years of age
  • Have High School Diploma or High school Equivalency Diploma (TASC, GED, or NEDP)
  • Complete entrance test (TABE Reading & Math)
  • Complete and return CNA application packet to BOCES 
  • Submit authorization to release student information/health documents form allowing us to share your health documents with the clinical sites
  • Complete a drug screening and test drug-free
  • Have the ability to lift 50 lbs 
  • Completion of CNA Course

Training Program Overview 

  • 125 hour CNA Course includes 95 classroom and skills lab hours plus 30 clinical hours (hours may change based on course requirements)
  • $1,550 cost includes books, uniforms, shoes, watch, tuition and NYS exam fees.

  • The Tuition refund policy for the Nurse Aide Program is as follows: 1st day through 67th hour, 50% of your tuition will be refunded, minus processing fees. After the 67th hour, 0% will be refunded.
