Manufacturing Technology

Manufacturing, in its broadest sense, is the process of converting raw materials into useful products. In the Manufacturing Technology program, students will learn the processes in which items are manufactured. This will include product design, the selection of the raw materials, and the sequence through which the product will be manufactured. Students in this program will participate in hands-on, project-based learning that will provide them with the fundamental building blocks to work in the manufacturing industry.

Students who complete the two-year course will have the opportunity to receive the Certified Production Technician (CPT) credential and acceptance into local pre-apprenticeship programs.
