Throughout their time in the program, students will develop a comprehensive understanding in the study of livestock and large animal anatomy, physiology, behavior, care, nutrition, reproduction, selection, processing, marketing, and more. An overview on farming practices, including crop and barn management, as well as familiarity and operation of farm machinery and equipment ensure an enriching experience for students with a passion for the region's agricultural pursuits.
