In our leadership roles with Madison-Oneida BOCES, we have seen first-hand that this region’s greatest educational accomplishments do not occur in isolation. They occur as a result of thoughtful leadership, creative enterprise, stakeholder engagement and, most importantly, through our continued partnerships with you. It is in that BOCES spirit – that spirit of ongoing collaboration and a commitment to joint effort – that we present you with the 2023-2024 Annual Report of the Madison-Oneida Board of Cooperative Educational Services.

As you review this report, we ask that you consider our many accomplishments together within the frame of priorities adopted by the Madison-Oneida BOCES Board – priorities that both ground us in fundamentals and position us for the future; priorities that place front and center our emphasis on Regional Leadership, Career Readiness, Resource Stewardship, Human Flourishing, and Equity & Access.
