Duties: To perform all aspects of building maintenance, repair and installation of commercial/residential HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Must be knowledgeable of commercial cooling and heating systems, commercial power distribution systems and possess strong carpentry skills. Computer knowledge is a plus. Must also possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, dedication to quality service and flexibility.
